“ The Tax & Accounting Department assists medium and large-sized companies, national and international groups, and foreign investors, providing ongoing, integrated support focused on managing complex matters, with particular attention to technical rigor, compliance, and the long-term sustainability of decisions.

Tax – tax advisory for medium and large enterprises, overseeing direct and indirect taxation matters at both national and international level. The Department carries out tax representation in Italy for foreign entities, including for VAT purposes, and provides support in national and international tax planning. It also assists in the incorporation and management of foreign companies through the international GGI network, as well as in conducting tax due diligence and managing the main tax aspects in extraordinary transactions. Assistance is ensured in tax litigation proceedings and in relations with the competent Authorities, including liaison activities, management of audits, and support in preparing the required documentation.

Accounting – financial statement assistance and advisory on national and international accounting standards, including consolidated financial statements and group reporting. The Department performs accounting due diligence and supports companies in setting up and managing accounting systems, administrative procedures, and management control, including through the adjustment of internal processes and tools. Activities include assistance in preparing statutory and consolidated financial statements, as well as coordinating information flows to support governance, compliance, and planning requirements. “
